Wine Appreciation and Blind Tasting Course

 During the second part of your full day tour, you will concentrate on wine tasting in the cellar, learning among other things:

- to distinguish grape varieties such as Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon

- to test your knowledge through state-of-the-art blind tasting, the only way to judge wines impartially

- to enjoy wines through the experience of vertical or horizontal tastings

- learn to assess a wine's robe, bouquet, tears and length.
